Immostar's History

Immostar was founded in 2003 by businessman André Pelchat, an experienced real estate developer who made his mark with the creation of the main “Megacentres” in the Quebec City region such as the ones in Lebourgneuf, Duplessis, Beauport as well as Notre-Dame in Montreal.

Active in the field for over 20 years, he has developed business relationships with the major rental space lessors, offering them the best commercial sites available on the market and ensuring that they meet and even surpass their corporate objectives by offering them the added-value of expertise acquired over the years.

Over time, bigger and bigger projects have taken form, and in 2007, Immostar proudly announced the construction of the first privately-owned office buildings aiming for LEED® Canada-NC certification which is recognized by the Canada Green Building Council.
